Lapu-Lapu City is located in the central Philippines in Region VII in the island of Cebu. It is composed of several island, and is connected to mainland Cebu by two (2) bridges known as the Mactan-Mandaue Bridge and the Marcelo Fernan Bridge, which span the Cebu strait. The two bridges links the City of Cebu with Mactan Island and Lapu-Lapu City. Mactan International Airport is in Mactan Island.
